We are a recognized practice for physiotherapy. To make it easier for you to deal with the formalities, we have briefly explained the procedure here. Below are answers to frequently asked questions.
REGULATION
Your doctor will give you a written prescription for physiotherapy treatment.
APPROVAL
Please have your prescription approved by the responsible health insurance company before the first treatment.
THERAPY
Contact us for an initial appointment and bring your prescription and approval as well as any findings.
PAYMENT
We are recognized voting practice. At the end of the therapy, the costs incurred are to be paid by the patient himself.
REFUND
You can submit the paid invoice together with the permit and regulation to your statutory health insurance and then to your private health insurance company and get the costs reimbursed.
FAQs
What do I need to bring to the first treatment?
Bring the approved prescription and any findings with you to the first treatment. Come in comfortable clothes, ideally workout clothes.
What documents do I need for the reimbursement of costs?
For the reimbursement of the therapy costs you need the following documents: the original fee note, the payment confirmation and the approved prescription. Send everything to your statutory health insurance company with a short request for reimbursement. After partial reimbursement, submit the documents to your private insurance company.
How does the appointment process work?
Simply ask for an appointment online (at the bottom), by email or by phone. We cannot answer calls personally during treatments. So please speak to the answering machine and we will call you back.
What happens if I have to cancel an appointment?
Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of therapy. We ask for your understanding that short-term cancellations unfortunately have to be charged.
