FAQs

What do I need to bring to the first treatment?

Bring the approved prescription and any findings with you to the first treatment. Come in comfortable clothes, ideally workout clothes.

 

What documents do I need for the reimbursement of costs?

For the reimbursement of the therapy costs you need the following documents: the original fee note, the payment confirmation and the approved prescription. Send everything to your statutory health insurance company with a short request for reimbursement. After partial reimbursement, submit the documents to your private insurance company.

 

How does the appointment process work?

Simply ask for an appointment online (at the bottom), by email or by phone. We cannot answer calls personally during treatments. So please speak to the answering machine and we will call you back.

 

What happens if I have to cancel an appointment?

Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of therapy. We ask for your understanding that short-term cancellations unfortunately have to be charged.
